Local Returns & Exchanges (Inside Jordan)

• Return or exchange within 30 days.
• Store credit only , no cash refunds.
• Exchanges allowed for:
  • Same value,
  • Higher value (pay the difference),
  • Lower ( the difference is kept as store credit).
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

 

International Returns & Exchanges (Outside Jordan)

• All international orders are final.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Only exception: defective item.
